Sodalite, also known as Canadian blue stone or just bluestone, is a royal blue colored mineral, and a common constituent of lapis lazuli. It has been described as a gemstone in the 19th century and it is named after its sodium content.
Sodalite is mainly used in carvings, beads and jewelry and while it's known for its blue color, it can also be found in other colors, such as green and light pink.


Healing Properties - Metaphysical

Sodalite is known as the Stone of Truth. It links logic to intuition, it awakens the Third Eye in meditation, and it is believed that it can help in clearing the confusions in order to reveal the truth of a matter. It stimulates self-esteem, self-confidence and gives us strength to defend our principles and beliefs. Sodalite helps us calming down during panic attacks and also helps in creating a peaceful environment.


Healing Properties - Physical

Sodalite balances the metabolism, it is beneficial in overcoming calcium deficiency and stimulates the immune system. It helps us in overcoming insomnia and it cleanses the electromagnetic pollution.
