We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at CultureTaste. For this reason, CultureTaste provides you with accurate descriptions, measurements and photos so that you have all the necessary product details before making your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have received, this return policy statement will inform you about all the terms and procedures of a return. Before any return action, you should in all cases contact us at email@example.com in order to give you instructions according to your individual case. If you fall to contact us before any return action, we bare no responsibility for any implications that may occur.
In case you have received an item that does not match the description, measurements or photographs provided, you are eligible to make a return. However, as we need to verify that the item is not as described in order to approve the return, you are obliged to send us a photograph of the item proving your claim. In this case, we can either provide you with a full refund or replace the item and all shipping expenses needed for you to return the item and possibly receive your new item, are covered by CultureTaste.
In case you have received a broken item, you are eligible to make a return. However, as we need to verify that the item is broken in order to approve the return, you are obliged to send us a photograph of the item proving your claim. In this case, we can either provide you with a full refund or replace the item and all shipping expenses needed for you to return the item and possibly receive your new item, are covered by CultureTaste.
CultureTaste does not bear any responsibility of any damage caused by you and any return will be entirely at your expense.
In case you have received an item that is neither described inaccurately nor broken but you wish to make some adjustments, you can make a return but you are not eligible for a refund. You will cover the shipping expenses for the item to get back to us and CultureTaste will cover the shipping expenses for the item to be returned to you. You are also responsible to cover the cost of the adjustment, if any.
If the item you have ordered is lost, you are eligible for a refund, however a refund can occur after the results of a claim. A claim is a special form filed in the National Post requesting the location of the item. It is our responsibility to file a claim after being notified of the item’s loss by you. The results of a claim can take up to 2 months, and once we have the claim’s result we will notify you on how we will proceed with the refund.
A custom order is a product made only for you upon placing your order. If you have made a custom order and you are not pleased with the item you have received as a result of an error made by CultureTaste, we will provide any necessary adjustments for free and all shipping expenses will be covered by us. If you are not pleased by the item you have received, as a result of an error not made by CultureTaste, we will make any adjustments necessary, some of which may be charged, however you will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
If a custom order listing does not contain all the necessary measurements, you should contact us before the purchase, so that we can make sure that the product is suitable for you and can be adjusted to your personal measurements. If you fail to do so, we do not accept returns and we do not make refunds.
If you have received a CultureTaste gift certificate, you cannot get a refund, however upon purchase of an item all the above-mentioned terms apply.
In order to exchange an item or get a refund, please contact us within 7 days after reception of your item and our customer service will contact you for further instructions. Refund occurs in 3 to 4 business days after reception.
All returned items must be in the same condition as received, packed with safety material and gift-wrapping. Items should be shipped by Registered Post and you have to e-mail us the tracking number of the shipment.
CultureTaste has the right to deny a return or refund to anyone requesting what we consider excessive requests of returns or refunds, as a protection against abuse.
