OBV: Land turtle with 3 rows of scutes, occupying the largest part of the coin.
REV: Incuse square divided in 4 parts. On the two upper parts, the 3 first letters of Aegina in Greek fonts (A and ΙΓ for “ ΑΙΓΙΝΑ), on the bottom left square a dolphin and on the bottom right square a diagonal line.
